Monroe Workshop Video Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to participate in the promotion form part of these conditions of claim. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry by each participant.
2. The promotion commences from 1st March to 30th November (“Promotion Period”).
3. Trade Customers will receive an entry into the draw for answering all five Monroe Training video questions correctly.
4. Prizes: Win a $100 Monroe Money Card.
5. Prize Draw: Monthly during the promotion period.
6. Purchases will be automatically captured by Monroe and is open to registered Mechanical Workshops only.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of identification from any winners.
8. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Monroe Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, either directly or indirectly as a result of entering this promotion, or receiving, accepting of the prizes, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise in connection with the prizes received and participants should seek and rely on their own independent financial advice.
